This oceanview Condo is a 2 bedroom, 2nd floor, two-story unit with 1400 square feet of living space and has a balcony off of the living room that overlooks the pool and Atlantic Ocean to the East. There is another balcony off of the 2nd bedroom that has a distant view of the Intracoastal to the west.

Bring your Boat, Jet Ski and fishing supplies too! Keep your condo sand-free by keeping beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards and other sandy items in the garage during your stay!

Sleeps 6 with One NEW AND COMFY King Bed, 2nd Bedroom has Queen Bed and pull-out couch is located in the Living Room. Kitchen is fully equipped for enjoying meals. This unit is completely furnished as a comfortable and refreshing home away from home.

The complex has just completed a major renovation project in 2008 so everything feels new! The L-shaped pool and deck (totally renovated in 2008 with new tiles, coatings and patio pavers) is the largest in the area. Easy beach access via beach boardwalk and ample parking in the lot for your visitors!
