Miracles do happen....

Hi, everyone!

Wow, I can hardly believe after just 6 months I have built a website (that’s miracle number one) and lots of people are visiting my site (miracle number two), and, I knew absolutely nothing about building a website. So how is this possible you ask? Read on....

I had already tried two other sites, both failed miserably. Paying “webmasters” a great deal of cash to build my website just didn’t cut it anymore. When I had to fork over another thousand dollars just to keep one site up for another year, I gave up.

I knew I wanted to build a website. I knew it was possible to earn a substantial income from a website and I wanted to do it. But…. I didn’t want to have to learn all the technical stuff. Have you had similar thoughts?

The Ultimate Procrastinator

So now I have to tell you a little story. My name is Lynn, and I am the webmaster of www.St-Augustine-Travel-Guide.com. This wonderful journey began in 1998 or 1999, I can’t quite remember the exact date; I was surfing the web — one of my favorite things to do — and I discovered...

I was fascinated. I printed out several notebooks full of information and began reading with highlighter in hand. I understood the concepts and it made complete sense, but I guess it just wasn’t the right time for me. I wish now that I had jumped right in back then! Oh well, the story continues...

Now it gets good!

I read and studied, read and studied some more then took the leap and built my homepage a few months later; www.St-Augustine-Travel-Guide.com was live for everyone to see. Now, keep in mind I accomplished this while working full time running our other two businesses and taking care of my family. I didn’t have to learn one bit of technical stuff, either. Whew, what a relief.

Don't just build a website; build an online business.

Site Build it is about building an online business not just putting up a website. And to me that was the important part. As an entrepreneur and work-at-home mom I wanted a successful business I could do from home.
