St. Augustine Camping
St. Augustine camping; spacious shaded sites, neat clean bathhouses, drifting off to sleep listening to the waves crashing on the beach, do I have your attention yet? You’ll find this and more at our St. Augustine campgrounds. These are our favorites.
Our #1 pick is
Anastasia State Park.
Located mid-way between St. Augustine and St. Augustine Beach on Anastasia Island, it is convenient to everything.
The camp sites are nestled in a hammock forest. Included are a picnic table and fire ring for those lovely evening camp fires.
They are shaded, neat and tidy with trees separating you from your neighbor. The bathhouses are close by and kept squeaky clean.
You’ll find the beach just a short bike ride or walk from your site. Enjoy! (904)461-2033 Map
North Beach Camp Resort stretches from the Atlantic Ocean to the North River. They also have spacious shaded camp sites with trees separating the spaces.
Their many amenities include full service facilities that are big rig friendly. Solar heated pool, laundry, free cable, boat ramp, and fishing dock.
Their location on A1A north is just 4.5 miles from downtown St. Augustine. Another winner! (904)824-1806

Faver-Dykes State Park
is a bit further away and is a bit more secluded.
This park sits on the banks of Pellicer Creek. Perfect for a lazy day of drifting in your canoe or kayak and it is a favorite fishing spot, too.
The road into this park is dirt, well, mostly sand, if that matters to you. A lovely spot to spend a few days relaxing. (904)794-0997 Map
St Augustine Beach KOA has lots to offer, also. They have 22 Kamping Kabins for those of you that would like to camp but not haul an RV.
Their amenities include free WiFi and cable, pool, game room, a very nice fishing lake and paddle boat rentals. What fun! (904)471-3113 Map
Bryn Mawr Ocean Resort is located just south of St. Augustine Beach right on the ocean so there is not much shade.
They do have full hookups on concrete pads, a huge swimming pool, tennis courts, game room and a playground for the children. If you are interested in ocean front, this is the place to be. (904)471-3353 Map
I am quite confident you will enjoy any of these fine St. Augustine campgrounds. Hitch up the motor home or pack the tent and come on down!
