RV Park and Outside Storage

Our St. Augustine Flea Market has the distinction of being one of the last remaining, true, "old-fashioned" flea markets in Florida. One like they used to be; open-air with all kinds of random merchandise and treasures.

Pets are welcome

You'll find "old, new, antique and unique merchandise" as you peruse the booths of over 100 of the friendliest vendors around. Dig deep, you never know what you'll discover.

The flea market's motto?

The St. Augustine Flea Market has been at the same location for over 23 years. The 77 acre property is home to three businesses and hosts many special events throughout the year. Carnivals, concerts and car shows are just a few of the many events you might like to visit at the market. Sometimes a car dealership will hold a tent sale, too.

These three annual festivals promise a great time for everyone.

• Spring Fling and Classic Car Show - features an Easter egg hunt, Easter bonnet contest and parade (vendors vote for the winner), horseshoe throwing contest, fresh-smoked Easter ham drawings and free pony rides.

• Pre-4th of July Blow-Out - features a watermelon seed spitting contest, fishing contest, hay rides and can include all sorts of free-bees: watermelon slices, cotton candy, flags and whirly-gigs.

• Thanks-Christmas Fest - features a pet contest and parade (dressed for the season), VW car show, fresh-smoked Thanksgiving turkey drawings, a Christmas carole singing contest, hay rides and more free-bees; popcorn, sno-cones and balloons.

In addition to the dazzling array of merchandise at the St. Augustine Flea Market, you'll also find two large produce/farmers markets, two puppy stores, several antique stores, an aquarium shop, a beauty shop, plant nursery, cell phone store, custom t-shirts and signs stores, mega sunglasses store, clothing stores, tires and tool stores, furniture and everything from kitchen items to computers and all else in-between. There are two jewelers and many jewelry dealers.

The St. Augustine Flea Market also has numerous services including jewelry repair, sweeper repair, computer repair, keys made and tire mounting. Wow, they take their motto,"If you want it, we've got it!" very seriously!

Plan to stay for lunch as there is great food at the main restaurant, three concession stands and the BBQ wagon. If you'd rather, just snack the day away at the boiled peanut stand, candy & nut store, or the newest addition - kettle corn and fresh lemon shake-ups stand. Come hungry!

If you have a vehicle, boat or RV you'd like to sell you can park it on the St. Augustine Flea Market sale lot for just $2.00 per day (Saturday or Sunday). It's a great way to reach thousands of potential buyers. And of course, if you are shopping for a vehicle be sure to go by and check out the offerings.

Plan to spend the day digging around, I'm sure you'll find a treasure or two.

There is plenty of free parking for cars, RVs and even tractor trailers.

Clean restrooms, an ATM machine, free courtesy wheelchairs and strollers are all available for your convenience.

The St. Augustine Flea Market is located at the intersection of I-95 and SR 207. If you are traveling on I-95 take exit 311 and head east just a few hundred feet to the entrance.

Relax beside the lake

St. Johns RV Park is adjacent to the St. Augustine Flea Market is AAA approved and pet friendly. It is very convenient both to I-95 (exit 311) and historic St. Augustine.

The RV park came into existence as a needed companion to the flea market. Vendors would arrive with their RV's and needed to stay the night.

The beautiful lake is adorned with a gazebo which happens to be a great fishing spot for the campers and residents. Or you might want to just sit a spell and soak up the peaceful surroundings. Residents may also host parties at the gazebo.

St. Johns RV Park

As with the need for the RV Park, due to the Flea Market, the storage facility soon became a necessity in order to accommodate vendors and residents with a place to store their property (RVs, boats, cars, trucks, trailers, sheds, etc).

The storage facility is now open to the public at large and offers the best priced outside storage lots in the tri-county area at just $30.00 per month. Not only do they have the best prices, but they also give customers the 2nd month FREE!
