St. Augustine Vegetarian Restaurants
Good Food that's Good For You

There are several unique St. Augustine vegetarian restaurants and they are excellent!

I’m a vegetarian and Jim (hubby) is a meat and potatoes kind of guy, so it is quite interesting when we go out to eat, especially when we are traveling.

This page will guide you to my special favorites around town.

Manatee Cafe St Augustine Florida Manatee Café is one of the original St Augustine vegetarian restaurants. Just a short drive from downtown St Augustine, it's well worth a visit.

Executive Chef Cheryl prepares a wide array of dishes for breakfast or lunch.

All are prepared using filtered water and organic fruits, vegetables, grains, legumes and herbs.

I know the “men of Manatee” will take good care of you. Definitely a favorite!

Present Moment Cafe St Augustine Florida Present Moment Café offers a delightful and interesting menu. This organic vegetarian café specializes in the preparation of live unprocessed foods.

Zucchini pasta, pine nut chili, sea vegetables; just a sampling of the unique dishes you'll find on the menu.

Enjoy delicious, live, vegan, organic and unprocessed food that remains as nature intended. Give it a try, your body will thank you.

Blue Planet Co-op St Augustine Florida Blue Planet Co-op is a health food store– juice bar– deli all rolled into one. I love to stop in for a fresh carrot juice and a wrap for lunch. Michael will fix you up with whatever sounds good.

They feature organic local produce and a variety of other health foods.

Even though it is a co-op you don’t have to be a member to buy, although if you would like to join the membership fee is quite modest.

You can also find them at the Old City Farmers’ Market, Saturday morning.

Hours: 9:30 a.m.—6:00 p.m. M—F

It isn’t hard to find healthy food in the ancient city. I am quite certain you will enjoy each of these unique St Augustine vegetarian restaurants. Delicious and healthy, the perfect combination.
